Akahilz 🎓 E-learning was founded by Kelvin Anamali, a Content Creator, Marketer, and Entrepreneur, who grew up in a rural community with limited access to quality opportunities. Despite the challenges, he pursued his dreams and became a leading voice in tech.
Inspired by the shortcomings in his community, Akahilz envisioned a platform that would provide equal opportunities for all to succeed. With a team of dedicated educators, technologists, and experts, Akahilz E-learning launched in 2024 to empower individuals with innovative skills.
The platform aims to reach 1 million Africans by 2030, bridging the skills gap in the continent’s growing tech industry. According to a recent report, Africa’s tech market is projected to reach $150 billion by 2025, creating a vast opportunity for skilled professionals.
However, Africa faces a significant challenge in youth unemployment, with: over 60% of Africa’s population below the age of 25; youth unemployment rates ranging from 20% to 60% in various countries; an estimated 10 million young Africans entering the job market annually. To address this, Akahilz E-learning is committed to: training over 10,000 students in cutting-edge skills like AI, data science, and cyber-security; achieving a 90% employment rate among graduates, partnering with 20+ industry leaders to provide job placements and mentorship.
The Akahilz Foundation, a core arm of the platform, will provide financial assistance and career support to those in need, ensuring that no one is left behind. Donations and partnerships will fuel this initiative, which has already received support from prominent organizations and individuals.
